Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
This website has no contact form, no booking, no newsletter and no user accounts, so we do not collect any personal data from you directly.
Two things are processed automatically when you visit:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
- Data shared with third parties that serve parts of the page. Loading the site sends your IP address to those providers — see below.
Why we may process it, and on what basis
Server logs are kept for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these logs to build profiles, to track you across sites, or to identify individual visitors.
If you call us, we use your number only to answer your enquiry. We do not record calls and we do not add your number to any marketing list.
Cookies and third-party services
We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or advertising trackers. The following external services are used to display the page, and each receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy, which we do not control:
- Google Maps — the embedded map in the contact section. Google may set cookies in your browser when the map loads.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site.
- jsDelivr and Tailwind CDN — scripts and styles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may stop the map from displaying, but the rest of the site will work normally.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained only for as long as our hosting provider's standard retention period, and are then deleted. We keep no other records of your visit.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Because this site stores no personal data beyond server logs, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve or delete — but if you believe otherwise, call us and we will look into it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
Changes
If the site changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the date shown above.
